CRÊPES with CARDAMOM PEARS

  Recipe:

- Just under 1 cup of flour
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1/4 – 1/2 tsp salt
- 8 oz. milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 4 large eggs
