cumin seeds (jeera)
cardamom (elaichi)
cinnamon (dal chini)

sugar
red chilli powder
turmeric powder
garam masala powder
ginger & garlic paste
coconut milk
1/2 tsp kalo jeera/kalonji/onion seeds/nigella seeds (different names for the little, black seeds)
