Mohan Thal (Fudge)

Ingredients:

2 cups Gram flour (basen)
6 tablespoons unsalted butter or ghee
1 tablespoon warm milk
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 cup milk powder
1 teaspoon cardamom seed powder
1 1/4 cup Sugar
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons sliced almonds
