Here are ingredients required:
Lamb Kabsah
HEXA kabsah spice : 2 tablespoon
Lamb : 3 pieces
Salt : 3 teaspoon
Cloves : 7 pieces
Cardamom : 5 pieces
Star anise : 3 pieces
Cinnamon : 2 sticks
Cumin : 1 teaspoon
Oil : ½ cup
Onion : 2 pieces
Tomato : ½ piece
Chili paste : 2 tablespoon
Chicken stock : 1 ½ tablespoon
Water : 6 cups
Kabsah rice
Rice : 4 cups
