Acehnese Fish Curry Will Meyrick



Want to taste the delightful curry from Aceh? In this video Chef Will Meyrick shows you how to bring this delicacy to your home, an Acehnese Fish Curry with black grouper or black cod.
It is a simple recipe as it takes only 20 minutes to prepare. The curry is a mix of turmeric, garlic, red chili, pandan, curry leaves, cinnamon and white cardamom. Cook the potatoes, black grouper and coconut milk together with the curry until it becomes quite thick.
