Chicken Breast Kabsa with Brown Rice by Create Cooking’s Channel

1 kg. 200 gr. chicken Breast,
1 Oz. vinegar,
1 Tsp. salt,
4 Oz. diced tomato,
8 Oz. diced onion,
6 Oz. frozen peas,
4 cup medium grain brown rice,
3 Tbsp. kabsa spices (cardamom, cloves, white pepper, black pepper),
10 whole cardamom,
3 bay leaves,
3 pieces cinnamon stick,
2 dry lime,
30 gr. shaved almond,
30 gr. raisin,
1 Oz. vegetable oil,
2 Tbsp. coco nut oil,
1 Tbsp. tomato paste,
1 Oz. olive oil,
1 Tbsp. salt,
1 Tbsp. chicken stock powder.
