Plantains in a Sweet Coconut Cream with Cardamom

A delicious dessert with tangy banana and creamy coconut milk with cardamom!


2 very ripe plantains (cut to your desired pieces)
3 tbsp of sweetened coconut milk
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 tsp crushed cardamom
In a shallow pan add the sweetened coconut milk and the whipping cream, then go ahead and add the plantains and the crushed cardamom, and let it simmer till the plantains get nice and soft. Give it a taste test to make sure you have the taste according to how you like it sweetened. Plate and enjoy, garnish with a pinch of cardamom on top and enjoy!
