3 Fall APPLE Recipes - Honeysuckle

Caramel Apple Pie Pops:
1 Granny Smith Apple
1/2 Sweet Tango Apple
1 Tbsp Brown Sugar
1/4 Tsp Cinnamon
1/8 Tsp Kosher Salt
2 Tsp Flour
1/2 Lemon's Juice
Ready-Made Pie Dough (or Puff Pastry)
Apple Cookie Cutter
1 Egg white for the Egg Wash
Caramel Sauce

Peel, Core, and slice the apples. Add in the Brown Sugar, Cinnamon, Salt, Flour, and Lemon Juice. Mix Well.
Prepare the pie dough, cut out the apple shapes. 
Spoon in some apple filling, stick in lollipop sticks, add another layer of dough. Crimp with a fork, poke some air vents, and brush with the egg wash.
Bake 20-25 minutes at 400º F and then let cool completely. Drizzle on Caramel Sauce

Apple Crisp:

1 Honeycrisp Apple
Lemon Wedge
1 Tbsp Brown Sugar
1/4 tsp Cardamom
1/4 tsp Cinnamon

Topping:
3 Tbsp Quick Oats
3 Tbsp Flour
1 Tbsp Brown Sugar
1/4 tsp Cardamom
1/4 tsp Cinnamon
2 Tbsp Melted Butter

Chop up the apple and mix in the Lemon juice, Brown Sugar, Cardamom, and Cinnamon. Set aside.
In a bowl mix the Quick Oats, Flour, Brown Sugar, Cardamom, and Cinnamon together. Then pour and mix in the Melted Butter.
In 2 small tart dishes add the apple filling and top with the oat crisp topping. 
Bake 25-30 Minutes at 350º F. Serve with Vanilla Ice Cream.

Apple Grilled Cheese:

1 Granny Smith Apple
1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Fresh Baked Bread
Butter
Shred the Cheddar Cheese, Slice and Butter the Bread on both sides. 

Butter a hot frying pan and cook the bread for a minute. Add a layer of cheese, apple slices, then another layer of cheese. 
Add the top slice of bread, press down, and cook for another minute until the cheese melts.
