Swedish cardamom bread

Ingredients:

1/4 cup lukewarm water (1050F)

1 teaspoon sugar

1/4 cup honey

1/4 cup sugar

1 teaspoon salt

1 cup milk, scalded

6 to 6-1/2 cups bread flour

1-1/2 cups butter or margarine, softened

2 eggs, lightly beaten

2 teaspoons cardamom

2/3 cup golden raisins

1 egg white beaten with 1 tablespoon water
