Easy, quick banana muffins / GreenFood



We like recipes, that tasty and quick. This is one of them. You can definitely prepare the muffins according to you taste - you can add dates, other nuts or even chocolate chips.

For the recipe you will need :
1 large banana
1 C of oats
Raisins
Cashews
A pinch of cardamom and cinnamon

First smash the banana and them mix in all the ingredients. Preheat the oven to 180 degree Celsius and bake the muffins for about 10 minutes. Enjoy.
