Coconut Milk Punch from the Cocktail Dudes

This is one crazy cocktail, with an incredible flavor profile and tons of tasty interest. Featuring Batavia Arrack (a sugar cane rum with hints of moonshine and white-wall tires), this complex cocktail will leave you dumbfounded (but in a pleasant way)! Now, you know we're muddling some cardamom (adding a great perfuminess to this drink), as well as slapping around some fresh basil and gently assaulting some mint. A lot goes into this drink, but it delivers with buckets of flavor in return. This one is not to be missed! Enjoy!

Cardamom down 0.6% on subdued demand

Cardamom remained weak and prices fell further by 0.60 per cent to Rs 918 per kg in futures trading today as speculators engaged in reducing positions amid sluggish demand in the spot market.

Cardamom remained weak and prices fell further by 0.60% to Rs 918 per kg in futures trading today as speculators engaged in reducing positions amid sluggish demand in the spot market.

At the Multi Commodity Exchange, cardamom for delivery in August declined further by Rs 5.50, or 0.60%, to Rs 918 per kg in a business turnover of 127 lots.
Likewise, the spice for delivery in September traded lower by Rs 2.20, or 0.25%, to Rs 881.50 per kg in 26 lots.

Market analysts attributed the persistent fall in cardamom futures to low demand in the spot market against higher supplies from producing region.
